Benefits of Our Service
Cost Effective Health Programming
In California, the average annual salary for a Public Health Program Manager is $119,305, and a Public Health Nurse is $115,047 annually. Our consulting services will save you THOUSANDS versus hiring on dedicated staff.

Encourage Longevity
By addressing major health concerns , discussing modifiable diseases and chronic conditions, we aim to help minimize long term healthcare costs, increase life satisfaction, and, ultimately, increase life expectancy. Our programs focus on long-term benefits, meaning our clients can enjoy improved health and well-being for years to come.

Specialized Expertise
While your personnel can play a significant role in coordinating health programs, they lack necessary training in health-related fields which will limit the effectiveness of the initiatives. Staff juggle multiple responsibilities, and often do not have the ability to dedicate sufficient time and focus. Let the professionals take on this task, and allow your staff to prioritize the work necessary to support your organization!

Reducing Barriers and Stigma
Non-clinical health services are essential in fostering a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages individuals to seek care without fear or hesitation. By addressing barriers such as anxieties like "white coat syndrome," these services help individuals feel more comfortable managing their health.

FOR THE WORKPLACE
Morale
Employees will gain confidence in their health behaviors, make adaptive life changes, create a better work-life balance, and experience fewer absences due to sickness or burnout. Our programs inspire a sense of belonging that contributes to overall positive moral in your organization. It is a small gesture that will create a world of change.

Productivity
By promoting a healthy work environment, we can help to reduce the number of workplace absences due to illness, minimize unnecessary healthcare costs for individuals, and increase productivity in the workplace. We offer customized solutions to fit the needs of your organization and are dedicated to supporting organizational growth and increased revenue by supporting community wellness.
